How to order

Customer may make the purchase order by fax, mail or email. Please use the full product name, product number, quantity and include any special instructions (i.e. lot number). All orders will be confirmed by BioMarket in writing. Packaging and pricing are subject to change without notice and must be confirmed at the time order is placed. Data sheets are available on all products. Please search for your product of interest or contact info.

Prices and terms

Prices are quoted in Euros. Pricing and information are subject to change without notice and must be verified at the time of order. Products requiring dry ice are subject to an additional charge of 20 Euros. Products are shipped according to Terms of Delivery with freight and dry ice charges prepaid and added to invoice. BioMarket reserves the right to choose shipment method if customer does not note otherwise.

Terms are strictly Net 30 days (Finland Net 14 days) and all payments must be made in Euros. A 10.25 % monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days will be added to your account. If collection of past due accounts requires attorney involvement, the customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs. Payments can be made directly via wire transfer. No checks or credit cards are accepted.

Bulk orders

Quantity discounts are available for individual bulk orders or annual contracts. Please contact for more specific information.

Guarantee

BioMarket guarantees shipments to arrive in proper preserved condition at customer's first receiving point. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge providing:

-Customer has notified shipping carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of shipment.

-Customer has reported damage to BioMarket by telephone or email within two business days following receipt of damaged shipment. Customer's damage report should include purchase order number, the Biomarkets invoice number, catalog number, shipping date and description of damage.

-No returns will be accepted without prior approval from BioMarket.
